1. What is Morsasale’s return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

2. How do I start a return or exchange?
To initiate a return, visit our Return Center or contact our support team at support@morsasale.com with your order number. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and further instructions.
3. How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. Refunds will appear on your original payment method within that time frame.
4. Do you ship outside the United States?
Currently, Morsasale ships only within the United States. We’re working on expanding international shipping soon.
5. How can I track my order?
After your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with your shipment details. You can also log into your Morsasale account to check your order status anytime.
6. What payment methods do you accept?

7. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Orders can be canceled or changed within 1 hour of placement. After that, the order begins processing and cannot be modified.
8. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience! Please contact support@morsasale.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund right away.
